📁 Project Folders

Every conversation lives inside a project folder. Folders keep related chats together — one for Medical ICH, one for Legal, one for Marketing. The AI remembers context within a project.

✦ Smart  Smart Folders

A Smart folder has a context prompt — a description of what the project is, who's working in it, and what success looks like. The AI reads this before every response, so it always knows what you're working on without you re-explaining it.

• Mark any folder as Smart from the ⋯ menu
• The AI automatically scopes responses to the project's goals
• Ask "what should I work on today?" and get role-specific priorities

👥 Shared  Shared Folders

Share a project with teammates from the ⋯ menu. They see all chats in that folder and can continue where you left off — the AI has the full context of every conversation.

• Owner — created the project, can add/remove members
• Editor — can start chats and continue existing ones
• Viewer — can read chats but not send messages

Use the status note on any chat to leave a handoff message — "In progress" or "Ready for your review" — so teammates know the state before they open it.

🎨 Project Icons

Pick from the emoji grid or type any emoji or short text in the custom field. Icons help you find the right folder fast in a busy sidebar.

💡 Tips

• Upload documents into a project — the AI reads them and cites them in responses
• Ask the AI "summarize what's happened in this project" for a quick briefing
• Use separate projects for separate domains — don't mix Medical and Legal
• The AI knows who you are and what role you have — responses are scoped to your role
